There are so many deals in Anthem Parkside and Anthem Country Club. Some properties are being offered at the same price they were when they were sold new. The good news is that these properties have landscaping, ceiling fans, and window coverings. Some even have pools. These are great homes and people can use FHA loans which is a great solution for people with fair credit. These is a great time to buy for first time home buyers, second/vacation homes, and investors. Only if I can win the powerball!!
